“Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the above referenced case of the United States versus Throckmorton.
Ipso facto, the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and criminality is rendered null and void. Especially any result which saw the winner attain his or her victory through fraudulent means and/or criminal conduct is automatically canceled and invalid under the law.
The same U.S. Supreme Court ruling also determined that fraud vitiates contracts. An election is essentially a binding contract between the electorate and the elected. This indispensable social contract is irreparably broken through voter fraud as the public trust is profoundly violated.
The transparent Democrat-directed election theft of 2020 has rent asunder the sacred covenant between the elected and the electors. Hence, Joe Biden’s illicitly declared victory is illegitimate and therefore annulled forthwith.
The Biden-Harris ticket has also forfeited any right to a recount or a re-run of the election because of their highly organized and premeditated fraud perpetrated to outright steal it. Remember, fraud vitiates everything.
As more details of this unprecedented vote fraud and election theft are brought to light, the Tump-Pence ticket appears to have won by a landslide. The fraudulent Biden wins in the battleground states were actually stolen from Trump, so the result is reversed but by much more than the bogus vote tallies indicate.
President Trump is, therefore, the victor of the 2020 POTUS election by default…by law…and according to the U.S. Constitution. By every indication, his electoral triumph was sealed by the will of a great majority of the American people.

If the DNC , Biden and co are linked to that systemic , large scale , fraud they must be sentenced !
People have the right to know and then make a decision BEFORE voting again in a NEW accuratly controled election

My theory is that the fraud may have happened more organically, without being organized per se by the Biden campaign or the DNC. I think Dems in big cities really honestly think Trump was as bad as Hitler, and that they were doing the right thing by making sure he didn’t get re-elected, by cheating. And they did that in small groups or individually, and it added up in all the right cities.
Let’s see what happens as the Kraken makes its way forward this week and next.

The DNC and Joe Biden are crooks. They've been crooks for many years. Leopards don't change their spots. Shutting down the count in specific places at the same time, with hundreds of thousands of ballots showing up during the time they were closed wasn't luck, nor was it random. It was planned, and executed. Do you actually believe that a party that has, for four years tried to remove this President from office, by organizing all sorts of methods to get it done, didn't organize this voter fraud? Think again.

I believe that too. I think this election apparently involved EVERY KIND of election fraud, from the nickel and dime stuff all the way to the computer algorithm switching votes method.
I have a very open mind to what is coming and what will be revealed and I truly hope there are consequences to all this cheating.
Otherwise, as Woody Allen points out at the end of “Crimes and Misdemeanors,” the wicked simply prosper.
My point is, some of these cheaters actually thought they were doing righteous work, so convinced they are that Trump is Hitler-like. The media convinced them of that with the Charlottesville “fine people” hoax etc.

I actually wrote a vanity on that comment after the election asking if any freepers with legal expertise can advise if that comment could be used legally against Joe.

I have a theory that I have not seen brought up yet. I try to examine things from the point of view of the people making the decisions. If I were on the Supreme Court, I would have a tendency toward keeping Trump as the president for my own benefit. That is, if Biden becomes president, and the democrats somehow manage to get the Senate vote then the Supreme Court will be packed. It would mean the end of that great institution and also any influence or power that the Justices worked their entire lives to achieve.
