This sounds big. Why did they vote against?

The usual in Wayne County, DeToilette:

“The decision came after a number of absentee ballot poll books were found to be out of balance...”

The number of surplus votes were at most 5. It might point to fraud, but it seems to me they may still be able to come up with excuses.

Since Michigan State laws bar counties with unbalanced books or broken seals from participating in recounts, it seems to naive little me that President Trump might prevail...
