I think they were mostly the ones that just died.

Not if they want to keep their seats on various committees, there isn’t.

There are no “moderate” dems, the so called moderates will vote in lockstep with the rest of the dems.

The are a monolithic hive mind.

Run down of all nine uncalled races:

NY01, NY02 - R incumbents have huge leads, but there are still a lot of mail ballots to count.
NY22 - not really that close, R insurgent ahead 57.2 to 46.6
CA21, CA39 - R insurgents have 1 point leads with “99 percent of votes counted”
IA02, CA25 - minuscule margin for R insurgent in first, R incumbent in second
LA05 - headed to a run-off, probably R on R, but if R on D, the R will still hold this seat
NJ07 - R insurgent down, now, by only 1 point, with more counting ahead

Possibly Rs will take all nine, and the House wind up 220 to 215.

From what I'm hearing, the final tally will be even closer than that. Maybe 222 D and 213 R.

If justice prevails and Trump wins re-election AND the GOP hangs onto the Senate, there may be a few Dems who can be flipped to R to join the majority party.

This probably won’t happen but what would be a real kick is if there are 8 moderate Dems who would put up one of their own as speaker and get all of the GOP members to vote with them to toss out Nancy Pelosi and then sideline “The Squad”. That would split their party right down the middle (what is the middle for them, anyway). Would love to see The Squad and their followers go to the Green Party and take away a big part of the Dem voting base.

Are there any moderate dems?

If ANY have brain cells sparking, they won't listen to Nanzi, otherwise in 2022 they'll end up like their missing comrades!

One Louisiana Dem is going to be on Biden’s staff so that is one more gone.

210 looks like the minimum...could be as high as 213 for Rs as well.
