It might be possible for the SCOTUS to overturn margins in PA, GA etc. that could result in a victory for Trump. I'm not disagreeing with your post. But my take is that a SCOTUS majority would find it difficult to rule that ballots must be thrown out at their direction, while remedies exist within the state legislatures and the Congress to address these issues. In the 2020 Florida ruling, the court ruled that vote counting had to end, not that any votes be discounted.

I am of the opinion that GOP state legislatures must take the lead and file electoral slates that correct the corruption within their states. If Biden is denied 270 electoral votes in this way, I think the House elects Trump.

Well and truly stated! Bravo. There is one caveat to consider: Justice Alito told PA to segregate suspicious late ballots but the PA counters ignored his warning. A PA election official does not have the judicial right to set aside a SSCOTUS ruling and to maintain their power the SCOTUS must remedy ‘something’; the unprecedented stop counting order gives the SCOTUS a point in time to resort to in proclaiming the counting thereafter to be too suspect to be allowed to disenfranchise lawfully counted IN PERSON legal votes..
