The only healing available to Joe Biden is to admit he stole the election and walk away ceding the election to Trump. No matter what he does now, blood will run in the streets BECAUSE of what he did.

If Trump added a mortgage holiday to the existing rent holiday, rental owners could survive their rental incomes being destroyed by government fiat.
Of course this would mean the banking industry wouldn't reap a YUGE windfall from seizing rental properties through a massive number of foreclosures.
Follow the money, as soon as the banks won't be able to steal vast quantities of wealth, the lockdowns will magically vanish like the morning dew in the desert!
