(ATLANTA) – Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger issued a warning to groups that are helping individuals move to Georgia solely for the purpose of voting in the January Senate runoffs elections. Groups that finance or organize such efforts are involved in conspiracy to commit voter fraud and could be charged under Georgia’s Racketeering Conspiracy laws.
“Make no mistake about it, I will seek to prosecute those who try to undermine our elections to the fullest extent of the law,” said Raffensperger. “The integrity of our elections is paramount. Outside groups who seek to interfere with democracy in Georgia should be forewarned that the consequences will be severe.”

Yes it is. The same guy who said in a press conference last week which I watched Raffsenberger said There would be a re canvass, audit, and recount of the vote he lied they are only doing a recount which serves only to count the same vote fraud. he is a liar.

My understanding is that the only legal voters will be those registered before Nov 3, 2020.
Not that “legal” has any meaning left.
Lin Wood blew the doors down yesterday that Raffenspurger met with Stacy Abrams March 2020 and they crafted new voting rules for mail in votes for the election WITHOUT THE GA ASSEMBLY’S KNOWLEDGE, whose job it is to do this sort of legislation—not some shady side deal by dem operatives and a corrupt SoS.
Wood says this MAKES THE ENTIRE STATE OF GA ELECTION VOID AND ALL DOWN BALLOT RACES WILL HAVE TO BE DONE OVER! He has filed suit and filed additional yesterday.

I’m sure they’re scared. As a probable recipient of Dominion kickbacks, he most likely had his fingers crossed when he said it. But it looks like these people can be prosecuted under GA law, and maybe even under PDJT’s EO, too.
In our state, you absolutely could NOT vote in runoffs unless you had voted in the General Election.
