I am not convinced it is either good or bad.
It could be just that the Trump team wants a legal strategy which is coordinated so the troops aren’t all heading in different directions.

20 minutes ago Rep. Tricia Flanagan tweeted that an emergency meeting was called by Pres. Trump the the WH and that a massive legal filing is imminent.
Romney is the textbook definition of a political cuckold.
He is probably completely ok with the knowledge that 2012 probably was stolen from him.
And probably holds Obama in higher regard than Trump while he’s at it.
Trump has only a short time to make his case before the Nation.
The case needs to be concise, overwhelming and understandable to the normal people (with limited attention spans and a lack of background knowledge).

These are not GOP lawsuits. They were brought by citizens who are most likely Republicans but that doesn’t mean they are representing the GOP in their suits.
