Meaning if they refuse her request to block the certification then they will use that as grounds to say it must be OK to go ahead and certify it.
There will be corrupt certifications for Biden in several states for sure—but this partee is _just_ beginning.
All the President’s team has to do (in the end) is convince Congress (one state, one vote, Republican control) not to support Biden electors in contested states.
