Curing invalid ballots, accepting ballots past deadlines, not allowing observers to actually observe (or telling observers that counting is done for the night, but then continuing to find and count ballots throughout the night while Republican observers have been sent home).
These will allow the SC to prevent the certification by certain states and may allow them to use statistical remedies to bring Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan back to Trump.
The fraud will be extremely important, if it can be proven, but that proof may not be timely enough.
