BTW, when it comes to the Founders, they missed a few things:
*didn’t think political parties would appear
*therefore ignored the influence of the “spoils system”
*didn’t think that the original pres/vice pres vote would wind up with two people of opposite parties who hated each other
*the federalist system has failed us: state legislators did nothing to stop the governors, now are doing nothing to stop the steal
*The House of Representatives, supposedly the people’s house, has become utterly and totally irrelevant. It is now the equivalent of the British House of Lords-—a title, but no real power, because BOTH SIDES have ignored their power/authority under the Constitution for 20+ years. Neither side controlled the budget; neither would force a president to obey; Botoxic spent two full years doing nothing but investigating.
So the House is useless and state legislatures are useless, exactly the opposite of what the Founders wanted.
