Don't ignore the mail in (not absentee) ballots. Only a couple of State Legislation's change rules to allow for them. They apparently flipped the vote in Detroit and Philly by unprecedented numbers. The legality of those votes is in question. The country will be in upheaval if the SCOTUS were to rule mail in ballot illegal in PA because the Legislators did not change legislation to make them legal. A lot of States would have to do recounts if that precedent were set by SCOTUS.
They are tied to the software. The software notifies a person that they are behind a certain number of votes; the voting is halted; and, miraculously, more than those certain numbers of votes are found as mail-in votes. A manual recount that only counts the paper ballots still finds these hastily made mail in ballots to confirm the fake vote total.
