Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani have made astounding assertions about Dominion and Smartmatic, etc ... I hope they have hard incontrovertible evidence, because the pushback is already online, citing each of these assertions and providing a refutation of each.

This is the website title - Fact Check: Dominion Software Is NOT Developed by Engineers from Venezuela And Votes Are NOT Sent to Servers in Spain ...

And here is the Link:

Both Powell and Giuliani need to show how these refutations are flawed or otherwise false, else President Trump and his supporters may end up with huge egg on our faces.

That site certainly claims to refute most of what Rudy and Sidney Powell have said about ownership of Dominion. But even if there is confusion about the origins and ownership of the company, there are still numerous claims of proof that votes were flipped in several states. If votes were flipped as reported, ownership won't change that.

I hope all those involved with Rudy and Sidney's information used a high standard of evidence before reaching their conclusions.

This is a crap site. Just even listen to the video clip on the page. Rudy never said it was developed by Venezuelan engineers. He said the original company had been started by Venezuelans and was designed to steal a Venezuelan election.

He did say the votes were going to Spain, which is possible, since that’s where Scytl was based, but he didn’t say the servers the votes are stored on are in Spain. It turns out the votes were going to CIA servers, apparently run by Amazon, in Frankfort. SmartMatic was also chaired by Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, a longtime honcho on the Queen of England’s Privy Council. The UK connection is still not being made publicly, but the CIA link is coming out.

Anyway, this website you posted is still bogus.
