Because this is as much a public relations battle as it is a legal battle. If one listens only to the mainstream media, they would have no idea that there is any question of fraud.
That’s easy....to ease the pain in the country....get them prepared that riots are looming and to gently let the left know....they could be in for a big surprise...so be prepared.
