I would think if they secede then they revert back to Federal Territories. Which would be fine with me. It’s not like they have an army to stop the Feds from seizing the land and installing administrators.

Long Beach and San Diego navy yards, Camp Pendleton, air bases all over would make tempting targets for National Guard troops. That would be a start. If there were secession, add Hawaii and its military installations.
