Apostrophe does not work either.
Apostrophe works fine. Here are a few ' ' ' ' '. Those are the standard ASCII apostrophe's that use the ASCII scan code of '039'. What you probably were attempting to use is the weird microsoft-centric apostrophe that doesn't use the standard lower ASCII characters.
