I here ya, it actually happened to me.
Officer Jerry Grubb busted me and a bunch oh sailors on a beach in Pensacola, and this grubb guy shows up in court with the 8x10 photos with the circles and arrows!
The best bit was the judge thought officer grubb was a nut and dismissed the case.
