I believe that the prog has so polluted the election that the SC will have to freeze the vote totals to what they were when the States halted the real count at midnight.

Each State is applying their own interpretation of what is permissible in a pandemic as it relates to Federal elections, which may create the standing to ask the Supreme Court to weigh in.
The specifics of the case do not matter. 100 votes at issue, 1000 votes at issue, 100,000 votes, etc. What matters is that each state is interpreting the rules differently.
I never thought the "fraud" was related to dead people voting (like that many dead people voted), nor a coordinated democratic vote stuffing scheme across State lines. Machine tampering was a possibility but CISA ruled that out so that is a none starter. Nope... this is going to be procedural.
HOWEVER.... this is a dangerous road to go done. It is a slippery slope at best. If the republicans can do it, so can the democrats. Imagine your home State where DJT wins is tossed out because of a procedural issue. How would you feel? You might say "great" if DJT carries your State, but what if he doesn't? Now think about the implications throughout the US.
