Right, but those late ballots have been separated from the others and are there are only about 10,000 of them. Put another way, if President Trump completely wins on the late ballot issue, removing those 10,000 votes won’t be enough to change the outcome.
Yes, not with this latest court decision, but with the SC order regarding the 3 day later vote, that would throw out hundred of thousands of Biden votes. And this decision set the precedent for the next one. The PA SC had no right to rewrite the law, only the legislature can do that.
