Of course. There are two very separate arguments:
1. Some ballots are illegal (like Pennsylvania ballots received after 8 p.m.). This is not an argument that ballots were fraudulent, just that they did not comply with the law. So far it doesn’t look like there are enough illegal ballots to swing the results.
2. Ballots are fraudulent (example: someone completing a ballot for a dead person). This is the area they are having trouble providing proof for.

counting being stopped at 10pm
a sudden vertical increase in the totals for biden, between midnight and 6am
