Success is looking unlikely despite all the calls to avoid “defeatism.” The Supreme Court can’t just change the election because it wants to, there needs to be actual proof of fraud in amounts big enough to change the results. And not proof from conspiracy sites, unnamed sources or tweets, actual proof from actual people who testify under oath at court.
Can’t the Supreme Court look at these states and say state officials did not follow election laws for each state, therefore any ballots counted under those illegal orders be thrown out?
Which they are getting by the hundreds! But the real fact isn’t the fraud issue, it is the issue that the PA Supreme Law broke Federal Law by allowing voting 3 days after the election. They rewrote what only the Legislative can write, voting law.
Do you really expect upwards of 75M heavily-armed citizens to just "lay back and enjoy it"?
