He tested on a rapid test it it has been known for a very long time that there’s a 40% false negative right from the beginning. That is why you do not see rapid testing everywhere. We were very hopeful in the beginning but it’s just the way it is what it does do is if you’re positive it says you’re positive if you’re negative they still have to take the PCR test to make sure that you really are negative. So I believe musk is positive

I had a PCR test last Saturday, I had to call and get my results and was told that it was invalid and I have to get tested again. By the time I get my next PCR test (tomorrow) I will be past the 10 day quarantine if I am or was positive. If it comes back negative I’ll be really surprised since my wife and daughter both tested positive and I have the same symptoms as they do. Either way, if it comes back negative I’ll be at the 14 day isolation period end by the time I get results most likely also.
I’m still boned though, because I have to be completely symptom free for 72 hours without meds before I can return to work and I have had chronic congestion, runny nose and an occasional cough since last December when I got really sick for about a month (pretty sure I had the original strain of the china virus then).
My God. Can you believe a 40% false positive rate? If my math is correct, a test with a 50% false positive rate would be worthless. And this is closing in on that! Unbelieveable. How can we be so stupid? And these test resuts in aggregate are used to lock down people, keep people from church, keep people apart, restrict us from attending funerals, close down businesses that are non-essential(?), and so many other abuses. Don’t understand how this is even allowed under the First Amendment.
