Normally, people with decision-making authority who are implicated in malfeasance are asked to recuse from making decisions affecting them.

That doesn't seem to be the case with election officials or Secretaries of State where suspected voter fraud has taken place.

The alleged criminals are allowed to stop the audits that might find their criminality.

This happens if election is not certified. The founding
fathers knew about folks like Pelosi.
