A day or two after the investigation of McCabe was opened the US Atty in DC had a brief, preliminary hearing with McCabe’s lawyers - and told them they didn’t see any reason to prosecute McCabe. The Lawyers went public with the statement, almost two years later, McCabe’s case was closed with the they, of course, declined to Prosecute.
The Fix has always been in, and the Coup core is protected, that was the deal. They weren’t going to go after the President of the United States without Protection.
