So, because Trump “lost,” it’s the bellwether counties that are wrong, not the election results?

18 out of 19 of the best predictive counties, 94.7%, voted for President Trump. Massive, massive vote fraud took place for Creepy Joe Biden.

Ohio voted overwhelmingly for Trump, hell we even flipped 2 counties red.

Because the opposing sides are having less and less in common.
Once upon a time we had shared values and just differed in how we wanted to go about achieving them.
But those shared values are gone and the USA is polarized.
It is hard to switch from party to party in pursuit of shared goals when you no longer agree as to what those goals are.

Problem in Ohio is most down ballot races have no R competition, and most of the R’s are part of the old D machine.

The Bellweather counties weren’t wrong. Trump won.

I’ve looked at the results for a number of the states (and their counties) and I can still see the same odd pattern: Trump improves his vote totals at a good to in some cases very good rate, so his overall support certainly did not falter or crater, but Biden comes in and gets numbers way far better than Hillary or Obama in order to win.
