Any judge that gets support from the Socialists is suspect.

Yes, I only trust judges that were confirmed by a 53-47 vote or even better, a 52-48 vote like ACB.

It’s damn near impossible to win a libel case because the standard in the law is virtually impossible to meet. The law is terrible, and this does not imply the judge is.
