The legal relief being sought by the plaintiffs is for the judge to “declare that the inclusion of illegal votes in identified counties violates Voters’ right to vote under the First and Fourteenth Amendment by vote-dilution disenfranchisement” and to invalidate them.

But requesting the court invalidate all the ballots from the counties in question will deprive legal voters of their vote. No court is going to grant relief that does that. Assuming the court finds they have standing to sue to begin with.

shush, don’t spoil the fun. It takes a while for people to work through the 5 stages, and we let kids believe in Santa Claus because it seems harmless enough.
