I don’t know, but if she did get a recount that is encouraging. But you need more than a re-tabulation, you need a re-verification to make sure that ballots that were counted should have been counted. My post is more asking a question than making a statement.

By requesting them and paying for the cost of the recount.

Jill Stein paid. It happens all the time.

Some recounts are automatic if within a certain percentage range — paid by the taxpayers. If outside of the range, a candidate can pay for a recount.
