Maybe. "Byrd" wasn't the name Bob was born with. It was the name of his uncle who adopted him. Also the name of the prominent Virginia family that had been slaveowners and segregationists. Not to mention, Bob was in the KKK himself. But BLM probably doesn't have much support in WV.
