This whole thing just amazes me. Who did they think their viewing audience was anyway? People watched at least some of the shows on FOX to get some truth because we sure as heck wouldn’t get it anywhere else.
They really jumped the shark. We haven’t watched them in over a year, but my elderly FIL did and we got him switched to OAN and he likes it so much better. I think it is actually less stressful on him not to have to listen to talking heads and commentary.

I didn’t have cable prior to this anyway, but I cancelled my local rag newspaper and also cancelled my daily delivered WSJ (Murdoch also).
I can read enough news here on FR.
This is huge for me—I’ve received and read a daily physical paper or two for 30 years!

It’s amazing how Fox made itself a ratings disaster laughingstock in a matter of days.

If you like shows like Tucker or Hannity there are plenty of ways to get complete shows without seeing a commercial or spending 10 seconds on the Fox News channel. I doubt that downloading shows from a third party source does much to boost Fox's ratings. So, for an easy example, if 1000 people went to YouTube and downloaded Tucker's show that would boost FNC's ratings by 1 viewer, the person who originally capped it to post it on YouTube.
And who at Fox got fired for this blatant failure? Yeah, I thought so.
The C98 Decision Desk can now project Brett Baeir will lose another 20% of viewers to Newsmax, OANN and LevinTV.

The Australian-born billionaire is disgusted by Trump’s handling of COVID-19, remarking that the president is his own worst enemy, that he is not listening to advice about how best to handle the pandemic, and that he’s creating a never-ending crisis for his administration, according to three people who have spoken with Murdoch.
In response to an email inquiry for this report asking him if he believes Biden will win in a landslide and his thoughts on Trump’s handling of coronavirus, Murdoch responded, “No comment except I’ve never called Trump an idiot,” referring to a 2018 report that the media mogul called the president a “f**king idiot” following a chat about immigration.
While Murdoch believes the outcome of the election is a fait accompli, his New York tabloid has been doing everything in its power to help Trump’s re-election chances, publishing a screaming page 1 story on Wednesday under the headline, “Biden Secret E-Mails.” The supposed “smoking gun” emails purported to show that Hunter Biden had introduced his father to a Ukrainian businessman when he was vice president, though the Post relied on unverified documents given to them by Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani...
At one point in the winter, as Murdoch grew increasingly frustrated with Trump, he even considered getting behind another Democratic candidate, having discussions about supporting Mike Bloomberg in his ill-fated presidential run, a Murdoch executive told The Daily Beast.
In the run-up to the 2016 election, Murdoch twice tweeted his support for a Bloomberg run.
But he is now firmly of the mindset that the next president will be Biden, telling one associate, “after all that has gone on, people are ready for Sleepy Joe.”...

Correct on the 5 to 15. This erroneous call was especially egregious because the western states were still voting! I have zero doubt now that this was intentional and meant to depress Republican voting in California.

This network worked to destroy Trumps candidacy with Chris Wallace’s relentless attacks on the president at the debate. Everybody who works at that vile network is dead to me.
