He made a complete statement about the second term. He did add the *whoever* at the end. FOX took ‘orderly transition’ and went immediately to *whoever*. I heard it all earlier and then checked it again. Fox fanatics did not. Fox played a so-called audio clip which had been doctored as though the *second term* statement never occurred.
