This.

No business or locale should be liable if people think they caught a virus there. It’s ridiculous. There should be protection from liability when the public is invited to enter or attend places.

We do need HIPPA laws for medical privacy.

Only gross negligence should ever count for people getting sick. For a concert venue that would mean a symptomatic food preparer. For the act itself, it would mean the singer asking everyone to kiss the guy or gal next to them.
