Not the house. The PA state legislature has the final authority.
House of reps IS the State legislature.
Besides... i still think it’s the US House the dems are wanting this to go to.
I think pelosi has her 2-3 traitor delegates.
This is election fraud committed by the board of elections.

We can send a probe to Mars, land a man on the moon and these folks cannot count ballots in a timely manner. Good grief. That alone wreaks of corruption or rank incompetence.
Somebody should inform them that this very issue is before the U.S. Supreme Court. Lack of verification and acceptance of these ballots when other Pennsylvanians who voted in person had to have signatures verified and a photo ID before they were given a ballot is one of the arguments before the Court. It is evidence of unequal protection under the law which is unconstitutional.
The elections in Michigan and Pennsylvania are so tainted and corrupt, their results should be thrown out and their Electoral College votes not counted. There’s no way this corruption can be sorted out. It’s too widespread and pervasive. I’m going to write to my Republican representatives in the PA House and Senate and tell them to nullify Pennsylvania’s election.
