Do they hate Russia enough to want to continue Trump’s arms buildup? To accelerate spending on ballistic missile defense? To not continue abiding by the arms control treaties that Trump tore up because the Russians were flouting them left and right? Because if they overturn Trump’s policies in these areas, it’s a limp-wristed kind of hate - the kind of emotion one cheerleader has for another who’s more popular. They don’t hate Russia enough to actually hold back Russian territorial advances.

And the irony is, the previous generations of Dems (before the wall came down) had an inexplicable emotional love for Russia.
