“We expect a massive toughening of the stance towards Russia,” a high-ranking western diplomat in Washington told the FT. “There is a hatred for Russia amongst [Biden’s team] that is really amazing. It’s not just rational; it’s also very emotional.”

These puke leftists should have had the integrity to resign four years ago in 2015! If America had wanted implemented what these deep state, foreign policy, jag offs wanted then they would have voted for Hillary Clinton.

What a sad bunch of useless shits these federal appointees are!

[Biden will talk tough]

Democrats *always* talk tough. It’s a substitute for action. JFK was probably the toughest Democrat we’ve had since the Korean War. Thing is - he cut defense while pretending to be a hawk. Without his hesitation at the Bay of Pigs, there would have been no Missile Crisis. And he basically backed down by withdrawing missiles from Turkey. The liberal media trumpeted this as some great victory. Obama was the black JFK, but not in the way he meant.

Dear Vladimir:

We have some suggestions about those blue areas on the election map. . .

Democrat politicians do love war, though, just not ones with real opponents like Russia. They want wars that can drag on for years and give them an excuse to sacrifice of the sons and daughters from flyover country, to spend lots of money, and to squash our rights.

The Dems are beefing up their hawkish credentials so that any concessions they end up handing to the Russians will go down easier among the voting public. After all, they “hate” the Russians, so letting the Russians have their way isn’t such a bad thing.

Liberals. They aren’t able to process facts, only emotions. They spend 4 years over “miy russia” stealing the election from Hillary and emotionally invested into that.

Biden to declare war on Russia to satisfy a need for a political narrative to counter Ukraine

[Democrat politicians do love war, though, just not ones with real opponents like Russia.]

In general, it’s never a good idea to fight a war with real opponents. War is not a joust, where weapons are blunted and everybody gets together at the end for drinks. Real war costs large numbers of friendly lives. And the way the US fights wars - every war is a quagmire.

[They want wars that can drag on for years and give them an excuse to sacrifice of the sons and daughters from flyover country, to spend lots of money, and to squash our rights.]

Not really. Wars diminish the amounts that can be spent on gibsmedat, and make them unpopular. Truman and LBJ both missed the opportunity for second terms because of unpopular wars.

Putin is on his way out. There is speculation that he has a serious illness and may leave office. Who will replace him may be Biden’s worst nightmare.

Why do you say that? Do you think Russia would have brokered a deal between Armenia and the Azeris without Putin’s intimate input?

“It’s BS. Putin will love Biden. The Democrats will nag Putin to death while dismantling the Pentagon’s arms buildup under Trump.”

Excellent post.

Every Democrat administration since Carter has raised taxes and cut defense. They like to pretend they’re the “pay as you” party and are fiscally responsible.

The Biden/Harris tax hikes are going brutalize blue state professionals on the East and West Coasts. Hopefully the Senate blocks most of these destructive policies because they’re bad for America, even if it hits leftists areas hard.

Who would cut defense with “tough guy” nationalists running China and Russia in 2020.

Answer: The Democrat Party.
Sexism, racism, climate change, and tax hikes are their priorities.

Huh?

All my life Dems have been apologizing for and defending Russians.

Suddenly in the last 4 years they hate Russians?

Russia is too anti-communist, too Christian - and too supportive of heterosexual parenting - for the dark forces surrounding Biden.

I think you're right.
