It probably won’t be Russia or China but count on Biden to get us into a conflict with some other country who he thinks he can beat to smithereens in a week. The Democrats’ Russia strategy is dictated by Soros’s long-term Russia strategy: Soros wants control of the oil market in the former Soviet Union, and would prefer Khodorkovsky’s political faction over Putin.

Russia will own Biden, and so will China, and Iran and N. Korea will be back doing what they do best, and that’s fomenting terrorism and violating all arms treaties and building up their military. In fact, Biden will be assisting Iran in building up their military and spreading their terrorism. It’s what democrat administrations do.
