According to Dr. Shiva, Federal law states that election related materials such as ballots must be saved for 22 months, and that there are many states that discard them right after the election.

As he states at the link here nobody with the machines counts the paper ballots anymore.

When they are fed into the machine, the ballot is electronically scanned and THAT image is what is counted.

And, I believe, from THAT point on is when the monkey business begins, once the ballot is fed into the machine.

He said these "ballot images" are discarded by states like Massachusetts in defiance of the law. But apparently they are required to save the paper ballots, which everyone on the Left obviously hopes will never be seen.

I hope Wisconsin isn't one of those states.

well........ IF the physical paper ballots are kept by the precincts they can be run through the machines again in a recount, right? AND making sure the totals are reported directly by hand perhaps. NOT having the machine connected to any internet. Raw vote count should prove that Biden/Dems skimmed Trump votes from our RED counties.

Like I mentioned in my county in WI we had LESS Trump votes than in 2016. That is in NO WAY possible. Support for Trump was over the top.
