So I went and looked him up on the USPS employee system. This guy’s a CCA at the 38th Street station. If this is whom people are pinning their hopes on, probably might want to look elsewhere. He MIGHT be able to testify about that one particular station hand cancelling ballots, but for any large scale thing...
I’d hoped he was at least at a processing plant, that he was at least a PSE clerk - instead he’s a CCA - delivery operations, about as divorced from clerk work as it can get.
Maybe it is a follow the string thing, all the way to the top...or maybe he is a planted liar.
