Real ID for each state's driver license has been a federal law since the mid '90s but had no teeth to make states do such.
Texas being Red, decided to require Real ID on it's own.

I see. Yeah, with Demshevik controlled states it’s very difficult to clean it out since they run the election processes too. OR is rotten to the core.
