I also believe that something big is in the works. Trump being a savvy individual probably has multiple contingency plans in place to secure the election fairly. And with his experience in TV production, he knows that timing is everything.

And you're right....timing is everything. They are releasing enough info to keep the world "informed" but they've had a plan in place since before the election.
