Yeah, not good. I know Kyle acted in self defense, and did a damned good job of it, this won’t help his case. I feel bad for him, and hope Lin Wood can send this kid back home to his parents again.

It’s not a straw buyer unless the gun is meant for that person.

If someone bought an extra gun and lent it for a night, how is that illegal?

I’ve always wondered how long I have to retain a firearm I bought before I can give or sell it without being a “straw buyer”.

A day? A week? A month? A year?
