Some of the bumps happen after election day and while there was time to yet get more “mail in” ballots into the system (when the Dims had a clearer understanding of how many more votes were needed).
Per the videos that are posted, the Dems run a side program to forecast voting percentage and it tells them how many votes their candidate is going to gain or be behind by. Then the “glitches” make up the behind votes.
