Per the videos that are posted, the Dems run a side program to forecast voting percentage and it tells them how many votes their candidate is going to gain or be behind by. Then the “glitches” make up the behind votes.

Why? Is it too complicated for you? A graph explains it very clearly.
Judges are lawyers. Even graphs are too complicated for MANY lawyers.
My experience with lawyers is their not very good with math let alone statiscal analysis.
My point is the easier and more simple you can make your argument, the better your chance as well the easier the public can understand it.

Yes, the easier you make it to understand, the better.
Slightly above the 1 million mark for Trump, there is a straight vertical spike about 2/3rds as big as the Biden spike being pointed out. So this type of thing didn’t only happen for Biden there. I suspect this is all because they are counting votes and then inputting them into the computer system every few minutes. If they happen to count up a lot of votes for one candidate before the next time to input the count happens, you will see a vertical spike.
Regardless, if fraud or human error is at fault, a recount would find that out. It shouldn’t be a matter of explaining anything to a judge, unless you are fighting to get approval for a recount.
The Trump spike I pointed out is in Georgia.
Is this from the state info or from the local county office. If from the state, call the local and ask if they have the numbers from election night to verify. I know here in TN my county posts a copy of the tabulations at each polling place for that precinct, one at the county office for all the county votes added together, as well as the individual precincts and one goes to the state.
What is even more notable about these dumps for Biden is that it was the middle of the night, after counting had “officially” ended, but counting was still happening without GOP observers present. That has been confirmed by the GA GOP chairman.

It could be but they didn't need to. Their voting devices where ON LINE in major swing state cities which is against state laws. They needed to shut down the system to backdate and tamper with the software
Blocking the area. What I suspect this is when many of the trump ballots vanished to line up with the software tampering. This vanishing of ballots also took place in Virginia with 360,000 ballots missing.

If it's Australia, from what I hear, they are not falling for the "no election fraud" crap that is going on here.
