Now that the media has declared Joe Biden the next president of the United States, let’s take a look at the state of play:
1) Donald Trump is legally the president until his term expires at noon on Jan. 20, 2021. Nothing that happened last week or will happen until that time affects his position or authority in any way.
2) Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is neither the president nor the president-elect.
3) There is no such thing as the “office of the president-elect.” Barack Obama invented this phantom unconstitutional position back in 2008. It didn’t matter then and it doesn’t matter now, except in the minds of the media.
4) Biden will not be president-elect until the Electoral College meets on Dec. 14, if then. However…
5) Dec. 8 is the so-called “safe harbor” date, under which the states by federal law must have resolved any and all controversies regarding a disputed election, and their governors must so certify, in order that the names of the actual electors may be reported to the National Archivist.
6) Neither state governors nor courts, including their high courts, have any authority over how federal elections are conducted in their states.

I completely agree. And dribbling this information and evidence bit by bit AND educating and informing the masses in the small bites instead of all at once. Small minds on the left will shut down otherwise. It is a tough job but we have him and his team’s back.

Robinette? Well “Robinette” did not win the election. Democraps can’t use courts to change election laws, only state legislatures can do that as per the constitution. So all new laws that made formerly illegal ballots legal should be made illegals again otherwise we will have a President who was unconstitutionally elected. I think SCOTUS will rule in Trumps favor and he will be declared the correct winner and the Bolsheviks will be booted on their ass. Of course they will riot and loot, but F them. Call in the military

#6 is why I’ve been saying all week that Trump has a mighty case that the election was unconstitutional, democraps all year have been changing election laws through the courts when only state legislatures have that power to do that.
So all these ballots that would have been deemed invalid in the past were made valid from these new BS “laws”, from what I heard democrats were literally telling ballot counters to follow these new laws which they did. It’s like watching a football game and tell the referee “Hey if team #2 gets a field goal, it’s worth 130 points” Well wait a minute, that’s not how the rules are determined.
I think Trump has a more than sure chance of winning another 4 years but it will depend upon how much SCOTUS respects the constitution which under Roberts isn’t a lot. If they rule in Bidens favor then we will have the first unconstitutionally elected POTUS

It doesn't have to be 10K vote fraud..... all they have to do is show 10K instances of voter fraud were possible........
The difference in the vote count is not the benchmark.
The point needs to be made that fraud could have changed the election.......and finding evidence confirms Biden was elected fraudulently.

Dec. 14th..Electors Announce their Votes.
Jan. 6th...Joint Session of Congress reads aloud the votes of the Electors.

Q. Can they reject the Electors votes?
A. The Electors, appointed by Republican state Legislators, inform Congress of their findings. Congress can choose
to do anything it wants, but the Electors are appointed by legislatures by Constitutional responsibility.
If Congress wants to refuse them, the Supreme Court would decide which Elector slate is valid (assuming states sent two slates).
Because the Constitution specifically says legislatures select the slate, and Governors are not involved, the Court would have no choice.
The law is clear.
This is one of the reasons I think Trump fired Esper, the Defense Secretary this last week.
He just didn't do this willy-nilly in the middle of a contested election. He's got something up his sleeve.
Trump is always a couple of steps ahead of his opponents.

And that my (person who follows the rules and the law) Constitutional rights were violated by their Rat fraud.
The left learned early on that this is the place where "queasy normals" in government always cave. So Biden will be "elected" by SCOTUS in order to preserve the current "civil order". And SCOTUS isn't worried about push-back from we the "deplorables", because the FBI and Obama's Joint Chiefs of Staff will have their back.
