If you paid attention, there was a quite a stir regarding the early AZ call. Multiple times, the Decision Team was asked to defend its position on the calls.

I think this means before invalid votes are thrown out due to recounts, audits and lawsuits. So the final numbers could be significantly better.
The ballots are sent by wagon train from one precinct to another until they miraculously turn into Democratic votes—however long it takes.
