Biden is a known corrupt Democrat. That status provides a complete exemption from the requirement to conform to the Logan Act. Michael Flynn was not corrupt and a Republican. Therefore, he probably will die in a federal penitentiary for his shocking crimes.

Yes it is and it is the least of our problems. Laws are for the little people, or anyone who gets in the way of Democrats and the elites.
This won't matter if Biden loses, which for the integrity of the Republic is more important than Trump winning.
