To be honest I thought the Florida Recount of 2000 was a lot of fun. This is feeling that way, sort of.
I followed it closely, couldn’t concentrate on work, learned a lot about election law, it was very dramatic with new developments daily. It was fun. And funny—hanging chads. GOP breaking down the doors on those crooks.
This time is worse because the whole thing seems like a daunting legal task, FL and GA might both fall to Biden which is more fraud to fight, and the Big Media and Big Tech tyranny and overreach are frightening.
But I think every day from last week until mid Dec at least will be dramatic.
I haven’t studied other contested elections (other than FL Recount 2000), but there are remedies when fraud is demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence (but yes EVIDENCE is a hard standard). And I’m not sure what an “audit” vs a “canvas” vs a “recount” would accomplish—but it’s all worth a shot, if legally allowed.
I’ve been disappointed to hear today that all the data gathering and analysis going on now (and they are finding quite a bit as far as anomolies) isn’t admissible in court.
Maybe bail to the thief?
It is hard to believe that people who knew that old joe was bought and paid for by the Chinese would still vote for him.

I aint no leftist, but you would think that if the lefists really wanted to win an election they would choose candidates based on integrity, and statesmanship and not based upon which candidate had the most colorful clown-barf.

In an opinion piece published Saturday in The Wall Street Journal, Mulvaney wrote that Trump would participate in peaceful transfer of power.
Trump has not conceded so far, and Mulvaney wrote that Trump “will fight like a gladiator until the election is conclusively determined.”
In the panel, Mulvaney said Trump could not indefinitely litigate the election results.
“If you’re going to challenge the outcome of a presidential election, you have to have more than just allegations (of election fraud), you have to have facts,” Mulvaney told the panel. “Not to say that time has expired now (to challenge), but it is quickly expiring for them in terms of they’ve got a week or two before they run out of time.”
Mulvaney also said, “The math in my head is that (Trump) is better off, under more circumstances, by leaving gracefully than leaving under some type of cloud. Do I think he is actually going to show up at the inauguration — probably not. But that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be a chaotic sort of removal.”
Exactly. Just like it should be mentioned that George Soros, one of Plugs the Pedo’s puppetmasters, that he is both a convicted felon and a Nazi collaborationist who helped send untold numbers of Jews to Death Camps. Mentioning either on the propaganda Stalinazi media will get you silenced.
