If there were errors in this fellow’s stories, then I can imagine her demanding corrections. But if he has evidence of criminal activity, as AG she should be demanding to review it for possible prosecution. Very dirty stuff going on in this country.
This is a classic First Amendment case. The state doesn’t have a leg to stand on.
