It’s just weird. barr shows-up in mcconnell’s office this morning, then mcconnell gives a speach on the senate floor offering some cover for Trump contesting the election. And now barr says he will investigate? My head is spinning.

The obvious answer is usually correct.
The obvious answer in this case is the attempted coup was sloppy at the start, and became completely inept when it started to become apparent that the people behind it would have to supply WAY more fake votes than they ever counted on needing.
In other words, this is a no-brainer as far as cheating goes.
They’ve grown a spine over past two days....a lot of GOP now standing up for Trump, particularly AGs....they were probably waiting to hear how reliable and extensive the fraud charges were before committing one way or the other...I am hopeful this is great news
