I was in IT over 30 years. Callings it a glitch is total BS. Swapping a percentage of vote entry entries would have to be in the code. Calling it a glitch is just insulting. The rat SOS in Mi claimed they missed a software update. The software “update” was probably to erase the piece of code that did it after the fact. You can bet it’s been done now to every machine I’m guessing it was going it was going automatically run later after the damage was done.

Secure the machine(s) and forensically search the hard drives or any type of memory for this. Disk space isn't ordinarily overwritten for for a little bit and could be traced.
