Austin? Isn’t Austin just as Liberal as San Francisco? Heck, it is Texas’ most liberal city by my estimates.
I live near Austin. Honestly, no, despite how much the media wants to meme this into existence. Steve Adler is NOT popular here, esp with his homeless policies. I’m not going to lie to you and say Austin is right wing, but it’s more 60/40 liberal/conservative than 90/10. A lot of military veterans are moving here and also disaffected west coasters who wanted to get AWAY from hyper-liberal policies, including me.
